Trance Dance Primer & Warm-up Workshop w/ Liz
Trance dancing is a way of recognizing the unity of the Earth's energy and cycles with the energy that flows through our bodies energetic centers, the chakras. Through free-form ecstatic dance we can release old wounds and stagnant patterns that no longer serve us. This practice allows us to open to our highest potential, to plant the seeds to manifest that which we need in order to live in abundance and be present in our most divine and awakened selves.
